I went to my senior prom on saturday with my friends....it was pretty fun biggrin ....we met up around 3:00 at one of my friend's house and went to the mall to take pictures (it took us about an hour to decide on two good pictures)....then we went across to a japanese restaurant (I had beef udon yay biggrin !)and we tried tempura ice cream (at first the thought of fried ice cream sounded strange but when we actually tried it it was great.....I really liked the crunchy outside biggrin )....we had about an hour before prom started, so we headed to the ballroom it was going to be held at.....we came a bit early, so one of my friends just said "hey let's go to the front of that church and take more pictures"....so we just spent about 20 minutes taking goofy pictures for fun....
we decided to go and arrived at prom at around 7:40....at first it was kinda slow since nobody was dancing....so my friends and I spent some time playing DDR (yea...we thought the DDR was kind of random too lol)....after a while, more people came in and we just gathered into the crowd to dance....I admit that at first I was reluctant to dance, but once I did, it was pretty fun (especially when one of my friends made up random dance moves XD)....the hours seemed to go by fast after that and before we knew it, it was 11:00....we took a break after dancing for two hours...I ended up losing the hearing in my right ear for a while but it eventually came back lol....we went back to my friend's house and hung out watching an episode of an interesting japanese show (it was like showing the top three of stuff like the most expensive box lunch and the tallest dog lol)....it was a pretty good night and we feel bad that it's over, but I'm sure we'll always have the memories smile ...
