After leaving the Leaf Village Rikyu helped form an akatsuki currently known as "Namikaze 8". Instead of being an akatsuki fighting for desruction Namikaze 8 fights for leadership of their very own country. "The Land of Chaos" with the "Village of Restoration". The concept balances eachother out with chaos then restoring.
