Yesterday I recieved a notice in my Gaia mail inbox. It looked very official and at first I was concerned. The email told me that I was in violation of Gaia standards and that I might be banned if I did not respond. The message requested my age, email account, and email password.
I reported this right away through the proper channels here on Gaiaonline. Much to my surprise, I am happy to report that a staff member responded to my notice within ten minutes. They assured me that Gaiaonline will never ask for my email account. This made me feel so much better.
The staff member who responded was very kind. I am impressed with the way this was all handled. This whole experience has made me appreciate the Gaia Universe and products all that much more.
