It's been a long long time. I don't really spend time here anymore but I like to pop in once in a while for the nostalgia.
I started on Gaia in 2004, when I was 19. I turned 40 last November. My gaia account is almost old enough to drink. I'm not sure I thought it'd still be around after all this time but I'm glad that Gaia still persists.
I still play MMO's but instead of WoW I picked up FFXIV in 2013 and have never looked back. I bounce around a lot of games actually.
The recent death and resurrection of TikTok has me reexamining social media as a whole. I have not deleted but stopped using instagram/fb. I did deactivate my twitter. Bluesky is what I mindlessly scroll before bed, but it doesn't hit the same as titktok did.
I'm hoping despite the state of things that 2025 can be a good year.
