It started out as Alpha and her father waiting for someone of the other pack to come by so they could meet, sorta making a peace treaty/truce/alliance with them, They sent the Alpha of their pack of course, Gamma with another memeber of the pack. Gamma wanted to speak with the Alpha and when he realized it was a woman the other two that wre with him started to sort of freak out and be wary of her leadership capabilities. Gamma kinda that was was impressive, being a female and leading a whole group of mostly males. One of them made a comment about mating/breeding like under his break and she sorta lost her s**t for a second and pinned him down by the throat and started telling the other that he had better watch what he said in her terroritory.
Gamma steps in because he doesnt want anyone hurt...but still impressed about her being so strong and what not, and a bit fierce. Of course he makes a comment...she snaps at him, then he says the whole b***h thing and the two of them go at it a little bit before her father stops them both. Gamma leaves and Alpha threatens that if she ever sees him again she is going to defeat him...basically wanting a rematch lol
They kinda run into each other...and as promise they start fighting it out again in the middle of the woods..in that one spot with the hot spring they had met up when we had tried to rp them that one time lol. But everytime they seem to get started something always happenes...like a bear attacks or members from other packs attack them to kill the two alphas and they always seem to end up working together to fight. Alpha starts getting irritated because she has yet to defeat him...Gamma kinda starts liking seeing her pretty much everyday, so he does little things to tease her and what not...like...leave her little flowers and notes that are like..excuses and what not...but he's mostly hiding to see if she would take the excuses or gifts. The first few times she gets made and either destroys them or tosses them into the spring
But like...she keeps coming back everyday...and starts to wait for a bit because she is sort of growing concern that something might have happened to Gamma. One day when she is ligitly waiting for him...more like in the winter and such she decided to wait in the hot spring because its warmer...so she goes into her more human form which Gamma had never seen before...of course he's like
Holy s**t shes gorgeous! But shes so freakin mean! lol So he kinda watches her in the spring a little bit and hears her muttering how he better not have gotten himself killed. Since each time they had met up in a weird way they started to get to know each other without even trying and what not. She ends of leaving after a while again...walking away in her humanoid form. He kinda cant get her out of his head that she looks so good but her personality is so brash. ALpha goes back the next day and he's sitting there looking at the spring with some deer meat with him. Of course shes very happy to see that he's okay...but doesnt show it and simply frowns and complains how he was starting to piss her off and how much of a coward he was. He tells her he didnt want to fight...of course she gets even MORE pissed and is yelling at him and he just smiles a little bit and asks her to join him for luch.
Awkward silence is heavy as they eat the meat and what not and he starts asking some questions and what not...just about herself. Shes very hesitant about telling him about herself, but after a little bit of coaxing she starts to tell him how she became alpha and all that and he learnshow much s**t she was put through with some of the males because of it. Like the pack was bigger and then a bunch of of the wolves either left or tried to fight her for the position. So its been really rough for her and what not...which would explain why she is somewhat brash and aggressive...just to kinda show her dominance over the pack and that she is in charge and is quick to attack if anyone opposes her. Seeing her in like this different light and thinking about what she told him he kinda sits closer and looks at her seriously and asks her if he could see her...like really see her. She refuses at first until he promises that he will change with her. So they change together and see each other and in the back of her mind shes like " OH WOW" but is trying to play it off that she findshim somewhat attractive ( well actually REALLY attractive ) and he kinda just looks at her and looks at all the scars she has on her body from fighting with some of the former pack members. He kinda laughs a bit and she frowns asking him what he was laughign at and Gamma tells her that she has a lot of scars....( which she feels insulted for at first ) but tells her that they make her beautiful and strong. She sort of blushes and tell him he sounds incredibly stupid...but thats him for the compliment. They end up finishing up their meal and then he walks her about half way to her pack and leaves her. This goes on for a few more nights and some people are starting to get suspicious about where Alpha keeps going, but no one questions because they know she'd beat the s**t outta them.
So one of the days...well more like nights where they are meeting up she goes a little early....and is actually all nice and kinda made up ( just wearing like...tribal wraps and actually has a flower in her hair and whatever, then someone from an opposing pack...who had been watching them a little bit ambushes her and they start to fight. Him fighting really dirty....the fight gets really really bad and shes all scratched up and bloody and he changes into his humanoid void and is about to bash her skull in and Gamma attacks him. Alpha is a little bit concious while they start fighting and Gamma shouts for him to Leave his Mate alone. By then she kinda passes out and Gamma kills the other wolf, taking Alpha back to his pack to get her fixed up and cleaned and what not.
So yeah she finally comes too, kinda having a " Where the ******** am I" moment the people who fixed her up are telling her where she is...kinda freaks out and gets up because she didnt know what happened to Gamma...running around the place looking for him because she thinks he could be dead...he drops upside down from a tree he was in over head...giving her like a goofy smile before she knocks him out of it, him barking at her before shutting up and feels her against him in a hug, blushing and grinning stupidly. He then takes her around his pack and where they live...she is dressed in one of his tunics and what not...or something just covering her and takes her around by the hand...all excited and what not to show her around. Everyone is a little iffy about her but since their ALpha seems to like her they dont say much...a few do seem to like her a bit though...especially the pups and the elders. She kinda starts to remember that during the fight that he had claimed her as his mate or and starts to feel her heart racing and what not....wondering what in the world would make him say that.
Later on she confronts him about what he said and he sort of gets embarrassed and said it was to get the other to back off a little bit and said he was just kidding, but she smacks him...not hard, and warns him that if he ever says that again she was going to seriously hurt him...and tells him no one claims her. He promises to do as such and they get about their day. The whole mate thing starts to bother Alpha...not really in a bad way...but she keeps thinking about what he said and then the fact that he had protected her. She starts not meeting up with him like they usually do because of these thoughts that are running through her head...and she starts to feel that shes letting herself get use to having him around and being with him...and finding herself actually starting to fall for him. It wouldnt so much be a bad thing...but a part of her feels like she would have to give up her place as Alpha and it woudl show that she isnt taking her position seriously.
After about a few months...getting back into the winter season she finally gathers the courage to go see him and faithfully he is waiting for her. It doesnt go well and she starts telling him that she cant see him anymore...of course she is confused and what not and she keeps going into how she doesnt want him to feel like they are anything more than friends and how she didnt want to be "claimed" by him and how he has to keep his distance from her and they both get into this fight and he accuses her of being in love with him. She gets utterly frustrated and says she doesnt want anything to do with him and starts walking away from him...and he starts barking at how shes so stubborn and hard hearted and that she deserves to be able to feel whatever shes feeling now and basically calling her a coward. They end on bad terms and seperate for at least a few years...like....2 or 3 years.
During that time Alpha is extremely unhappy, a little depressed and angry with what had happened and the fact that she has found herself wanting to be with Gamma more than ever now. She realizes that he was right and that she is a bit of a coward...and that shes letting her position as Alpha get in the way of her persuing him...she didnt want to compramise anything and put her position before her heart. She starts going back to their little hot spring spot...waiting for Gamma to show up like usual...going home when he doesnt. She starts waiting for him from the afternoons all the way to the night and then travelign back home...which is really really tiring since she had started doing that for weeks. She goes again one night...saying to herself that this was the last night that she was going to wait for him because he and her are over...even if they really weren't much of an offical couple. She starts laying down on the rock in her humanoid form...it being winter again about this time she;s just laying there in the cold...shivering but refusing to go just yet. She starts talking to herself a little bit and telling herself that she really has grown to love Gamma...that there was really something about him that she just...well loved...she knows she can be the worst person in the world but like...he kinda saw past that even if the two of them fought as well. She falls asleep in the snow for what seems like a few minutes and suddenly winds up in a cafe just under the same rock that was above and is wrapped around in a large fur pellet, (like a big bear skin blanket) naked (because her clothes were pretty soak to the bone) and tryng to figure out where the heck she was. She notices someone had her back to him starting a fire suddenly...and making a small peep she was shocked to see it was Gamma sitting there, blowing on the fire to make it grow and hears that she is awake and turns around and looks at her and then just quietly goes back to the fire and pulls out the meat he hunted while she had been asleep. Its really awkward and silent between them both before Alpha looks down towards the ground and confesses that she does love him...but she doesnt expect him to love her back just because she is the way she is...stubborn, agressive, brash, violent, etc...and just lists these negative things about her that would give him reason NOT to want to love her.
While she is talking however he makes his way over to her, growling somewhat out of irritation at her trying to get him to not love her and just takes her lips with his own to shut him up at first. Of course the kiss turns passionate and the two wolves just pretty much indulge in the pleasure and feelings they have for one another ( because we both know that they can be the biggest horn dogs other than the admiral and Sky pirate lol ) And as you can guess that was the night Gamma...properly asked Alpha to be his mate and her his.
