I finished this back in November... which just goes to show how well organized I am. You won't be getting any fantasy with the next book, either, but sit tight, those of you who actually read this(all one or less of you, probably xd ).
At any rate, Arthur C. Clarke is a wonderful sci-fi author, and this is a most wonderful book. An English teach told me that sci-fi and fantasy don't lend themselves well to the short story format, but I've already said that Clarke is a wonderful author, so I think you know where this is going. It's all sci-fi short stories with the exception of the last, which is a short novel. Please read it. It will make me very happy if you do. And even if you aren't as into science fiction as I am, you should still enjoy it. I will warn you ahead of time, though, that there was one story that confused me a bit. Not in a really bad way, mind you, as I could follow the story. I just finished it not being quite sure who was what. If I put any more plainly than that, I'll have to recap the story, and what fun would that be! blaugh When you read it you'll understand my slight confusion, so I'll leave you with the vagueness.
I'm almost finished the next book, so I might be writing as soon as tomorrow. I've been busy and I've also been holding off on finishing it until I did this. That's one down, only about three thousand other things on my to-do list! xp
Now go read it!
